Typically any headsets are molded to the figures heads. There are a number of styles and types of headsets. So exact shape isn't critical. These are known in the aviation world as David Clarks...aka David Clamps as they squeeze your head like a vice. Headphones

In my video I wear a pair of old GI issue headsets.

Punch out a couple discs from thin styrene, add a foil "headband" and a fine wire for the mic boom...and you have a headset.

not sure, but it wouldn't be hard. 2 chunks of sprue, and 2 wires.

Scratch build the only way?
