Did this one sneak up under "radar" or did anyone hear about it before? It will be a most welcomed kit. Maybe they will do a CH-47 if this sells well. I guess asking for a "53" would be too much. I need to start saving my quarters!

Clear Left!

$50 for a 48th Phrog? dang. Long time coming, but that better be one nice kit for that price. Now how about a 53 Echo, Academy?

Matt.
If it is anything like their 1/48 Blackhawks. It will be worth the money.
I just wish they would include some good 1/48 crew figures!!!

I'm waiting for a 1/48 scale CH-53E. One from the Mighty Condors of HMH-464, would certainly be a joy. I guess I'll just get one of these phrogs. I hope they have HMM-365 markings. 365 are the guys who killed the Al Queda's and Republican Guards

Quiet in the briefing room!

Hooker! put that thing away!!...Chopperfan! cut that out!

OK....First:

It looks like the ETA on the Academy 1/48 SeaKnight is April/May 2004.

Second: PT is at 05 hundred instead of 06!

Thats it.

I would love that CH-53E with HMH-462 Markings.......Actually they should include markings for all of the squadrons, what do you think RidleUSMC?

seeing as about the only difference between most every HMH bird is whatever 3 digit squadron number is painted after "HMH-" on the a/c, it wouldn't be that difficult to do it. The only ones really different are the HMX-1 birds.

Cool!! Maybe just a bit pricey but juging from Academy's previous releases I'm sure it will be a great kit. -
Just wish I could remember the squadrons that were @ Futemna in ' 86. Guess it's that CRS starting to creep up on my old brain! - Calvin
