Yes, SAR sounds like an outstanding idea.  If you'd be interested, sure we can go into say a partnership for posting/organizing a group build.  I just don't know the formalities involved.

I have been toying with the idea of a search and rescue GB,  Open to any and all helicopters used for any search and rescue any where.  I even have a name and a badge ready for if and when I decide to open the GB.

I have not submitted the GB idea simply because I don't see much traffic for helos in this forum.  But I am game if you decide to go forward with this.  I'll even help if you need it.

I'm open to as many suggestions as possible.  I figured with the some GB's being for specific aircraft, an H-60 build should have been a no brainer, perhaps I should try posting on the general aircraft forum?  I just don't want to ruffle any feathers

As i observed for time, the helicopter section is less popular than other section Sad (out of huey posts)

i like helicopters and have a relatively good number of finished kits.

If ypu restrict the choise of subject probably too few people can be intrested ( also i can wrong )

if you allow a major variety of subject i want to join (actually one ka-18 on workbench and a scout in the box)

Possible group build?

Thinking about it the other day.  Trying to generate some interest in a possible Helicopter forum group build.  If you're reading this, more than likely you're a scale helo enthusiast.  Topic would be a simple one.  "Flight of the Hawks group build"  Pretty much, any variant of Sikorsky's H-60. The H-60 is one of the most versatile airframes of our/my generation, and there is no shortage of kits or referance materials availible.  Again, this isn't an official posting for a group build.  Just trying to generate some interest.  Happy modeling fellas.
