I'm also a fan of the Academy 1/35 Hawk series. I also like the DML 1/35 H-500 kits (AH-6J, etc..) and I wish they would wake up and start producing them again. Especially considering the various models of the H-500/530 that are out there real world.
Now you're all gonna think I'm batty, but I'm fond of the Italeri H-21 series especially the H-21C gunship. Their flying banana has some pretty dang good detail considering the manufacturer and the scale (1/72).
