Good question! I'm "feet wet" (offshore at work) but will check out my Blackhawk books when I get back. My buddy in the National Guard lost their Blackhawks in 2002 and ended up with Hueys again. I'll ask him if he has any idea. He just got back from a year long activation doing the Medevac coverage for the 101st at Ft. Campbell and Ft. Knox. Don't forget about the tail wheel strut too!

I just looked in my old -10 and couldnt find anything. Ive seen it somewhere but I cant remember where. I'll keep looking. Just from eyeballing it as we fly I'd say its about a foot to a foot and a half. Remember that the main gear also swing slightly forward once off the ground due to the drag beam lowering and "pivoting" at its mount points.
