FMFCorpsman-
Navy master helo plan is something like this:
SH-2 was replaced by the SH-60B and is being replaced by the MH-60R. The SH-2 and 60B squadrons were HSL, the 60R squadrons are now HSM.
HC (CH-46) and HS (SH-60F and HH-60H) have merged to become HSC (MH-60S).
HM (MH-53) was supposed to be replaced with the MH-60S, but the Navy has found that the MH-60S can't safely pull the mine hunting sled, so that idea has been put on hold.
The radar on the 60B and 60R are fairly unique. The tailwheels are different on most Navy birds too, as are the doors. Google is your friend, but you'll find a lot of wrong pictures (I found 60B's under a 60H search, so check references carefully, doors, tailwheels, and the presence or lack of a radar gives it away).
If you are looking to build a 60S, the doors and tailwheel are most similar to the Army's Blackhawk. Olimp offers conversion kits to build an MH-60S ( modelsua.com/Sikorsky-MH-60S-Knight-Hawk-Late-series-Conversion-set-for-Italeri-UH-60-MH-60-all-kits-1-48-Olimp-Resin-Accessories-4813.html ).
Cobra Company offers conversion out there for the other Navy helos in 1/48 scale. I've got an upgrade set for my SH-60B, and some stuff for the 1/35 MH-60S I plan to convert from a DAP bird. The parts look really nice, but I haven't used them yet. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate, and good luck!
