I presume you are talking about a moulded-in flaw rather than err battle damage?
If you are in the UK, contact Airfix customer services, via the website.
If the part arrived flawed, they will replace FoC, or they will replace it for a nominal sum if self-inflicted.
If you are in the US, please contact your vendor in the first instance, then the distributor.
