Revell mil 24d hind

Hello,

I just purchased the 1/48 Revell MIL 24D Hind kit and noticed that decals do not include any for a Soviet version. Does anyone know where I can get the Soviet decals(red star) for this kit? Thanks in advance, George

Your best bet is likely to find some generic Soviet Stars and Bort Numbers decal sheets.

Linden Hill Imports has a couple 1/48 Hind decal sets.

Bush War Hinds 2

Both sets contain Soviet markings from various eras / conflicts.

Sell that boxing and get the older Monogram version which is relatively inexpensive.  It has the marking for a FSU aircraft.  As far as I know, the plastic is the same:

If you want to save about 10 bucks over the other Linden Hill sets....

Get the generic stencil data sheet with red stars..... the only thing it won't have will be a spcific unit marking or side number, but your original decal sheet sheet (or a spare) might have numbers to choose from.
