I feel your pain, Friend. I was sorely disappointed with that kit. Mine has been relegated to the box. I dig it out whenever I feel optimistic. My windscreen was too wide for the fuselage and had huge gaps that needed filling. I sanded the #@%& out of it and polished it back up, but it still isn't quite right yet. I think there's more putty than styrene in mine:) I'll keep working on it, but it won't be finished any time soon.

OK guys I need some real help here. I bought the Hasegawa Sea King last year. I had built most of it up and noticed a real problem. The windscreen did not line up right. I think that it was warped or something, If i align it up on top the bottom does not line up right and if I line it up on the bottom the top does not line up right. I don't know what I did wrong or were I went wrong. I pulled it all apart last night. I will have some filling and sanding to do but I might be able to salavge it. I wonder what the fuselage halfves would cost to replace. I wonder if it is even worth it. I spend $45 or so already so I don't want to waste it. Any help would be greatley apprcieated. Thanks

Jim

Dick if your out there thanks again for the Decals and boy were you right that this is a tough kit. I would still like to finish it and build some more of them though.
