CH-54 color?
Posted by urich on Sunday, March 16, 2014 4:53 PM

I have a CH-54  in 1/72 scale and  was looking at what color to paint it. It calls for OD green but it don't look right. and MM Helo drab looks too dark. What about faded Drab? I use MM paints. Any tips I would like to get it off the bench thanks J

Either gloss OD 14087 for the early stateside or pre Vietnam ones with high visibility markings, or flat OD 34087 for ones during the war and after.
