I can't speak for the Italeri 1/48 H-13, but I did build the 1/35 Revell kit a couple years ago. It is a good kit. A bit vague on where some parts go, but no dog by any means.

U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!

N is for NO SURVIVORS...

Have you considered an Academy 1/35 H-13?

I've got the Academy 1/35 Bell 47/H-13 (the USCG version), and it's a great little kit imo.  Very easy to put together and paint, although I've not finished mine yet.  Kind of lost enthusiasm for the model, and I have a 1/72 Jolly Green to finish as well as a 1/36 UH-1C I've part started...

I think if you get the MASH version you can build either a MASH or Sioux because my USCG came with parts from both kits, minus the clear plastic parts for the end of the stretchers, but I could have built it as a H-13 Sioux quite easily as the guns and skids are there.  Different tanks on the top though, it only has 1 going across the frame rather than 2 each side, presumably one of a few differences between that and the H model.

Might be another alternative if you can find it, I got my USCG Bell 47 from Luckymodel.com.

The MRC is a earlier D model Bell 47, accurate for a MASH era bird, the Revell kit is the later $&G. Both are nice kits.
