You first have to host it a photo site on the web. Photo Bucket is good. Once you do that, copy the code for it (htt p// : your image code .jpg) from the photo site and paste it between image tags in this box [im g] your image code [ / I m g] (without spaces) and it should show up here.
For example:
[I m g ]http://upload .wikimedia.org/ wikipedia/commons/c/c2/Huey1.jpg /300px-Huey1.jpg[/im g]
Without spaces.
