Nice 109, I see several of these around the Boise area. LIfe Flight Network, who flies a lot in the Pacific Northwest uses these in their fleet. Most of the ones they are using are equipped with skids instead of retracts; however, they do have one that has retracts and they have fitted it with skis on the wheels for winter operations, it is also equipped for IFR.
Overall the 109 and Koala 119 aren't bad looking aircraft; to me they are just a little small in the interior for HEMS operations. My personal favorite is the Bell 429, they can load patients from the rear clam-shell doors or through the side.
