Trumpeters 1/48 HH-65A
Posted by B_one fixer on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 2:28 PM

Here is Trumpeters HH-65A. I am aware of all the deficencies with this kit such as the major ones being the engine housing and tail assembly. I was unable to source a new tail assembly from fireball models since they are OOP. i decided just to build her as is.

Looks pretty good to me. I know nothing about the type, so would not know what right and wrong with it. Is the white band on the tail painted or a decal.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Looks great. Always been a fan of the USCG birds of this type ever since I watched Babewatch.

It looks great. I think you nailed the look despite any kit issues. This is a great build.
