New 1/35 HGU-56/P Helmets available from Live-Resin

Live Resin has just announced a series of HGU-56/P helmets in 1/35 and they look awesome.  If you know Live-Resin, you know their products are top notch.  There are three sets and each set has six helmets/heads in it (three forward facing and 3 side looking).  They include: no visor, visor, and visor w/maxillofacial shield.  They also have a set of the NVGs and battery cases to mount on the helmets as well.

They are available now at the Live-Resin website: https://models-hobby.com/

Here they are.

And the NVG set.

Helmets w/NVGs.

Thanks Gino. If you get the actual product or run across pictures of the actual product I would love to see them. Although these computer generated facsimiles look great, I can't imagine all of that detail actually showing up in the resin product. I can't see how items like the power cords and mic booms could be cast like that unless the helmet was made up of multiple (and very fragile) parts.

Here are some pics of the actual resin heads.  They look really good to me.  Nice job.

Thanks Gino.  I agree that they do look really good but they don't look "as advertised."  A lot of the details that looked "too good to be true" on the CAD were in fact "too good to be true."  I'm talking about things like individual screw heads (let alone the slots in those screw heads), knurled knobs, and Velcro texture.  IMHO it is deceptive advertising to show those details on the CAD knowing they don't reproduce in resin.
