"Dust off"
Posted by gumshoe59 on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 9:51 PM

Am looking for a 1/35 blackhawk kit to build into a medevac helicopter. UH-60 A,L or M would be fine. I can't find any academy kits online other that the DAP with refueling probe.

Planning on using a lot of after market Cobra, Eduard and Werner Wings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks, John

The Academy MH-60L DAP can be made into a standard UH-60A/L by leaving off all the parts on the K sprue that has all the DAP parts and most of the parts from the G sprue that comes from the MH-60G kit.  It contains all the parts that came in the previous UH-60A/L kit, MH-60G kit, and added parts for the MH-60L DAP.

You can find the standard UH-60A/L instructions at the below link.  Just click on the pics next to the "Assembly Guide" box and it will bring up scans of each page.
