Here is a site that shows Ohio area Life Flights. http://www.alecbuck.com/ohio.htm If you scroll down about 3/4 way down the page, it shows Cleveland Metro Life Flight birds. They appear to be a orange-yellow color and all look like they are Sikorsky S-76s.
