Looking for an AH-6 huh? Heh heh, that line runs around the block! (http://www.finescale.com/fsm/community/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=17654)

There's been rumors of a reissue this year, but so far, that's all they've been - rumors. I'd love to have one too, especially after I saw a Little Bird this past tuesday (couldn't tell if it was an MH- or an AH-6, but it was indeed a Little Bird). Right now, your best bet is to keep an eye on eBay or if you'd be happy with an MH-6, find Dragon's 1/35 MD500 (kit #3525) and use Cobra Company's conversion set.

I don't know anything about the Fast Attack/Desert Patrol kits. Have you tried the armor forum?

I've been in that line for the Little Bird for years now. I actually had the kit, found it while in Kansas for a buddy's wedding, and it was demolished in the move to Okinawa, nothing salvagable at all. At the time, I didn't know it was a discontinued model, so I thought I'd find another one easily. No such luck, so I've got my fingers crossed that the re-issue isn't just smoke and mirrors.

I didn't know that there were kits out of the FAVs, I guess that's another addition to the endless quest...

Ah-6 is "suppsed" to be in hobby shops any day now. Greaat Models is showing them due in next week.

The DML/Dragon FAV/DPV was proposed shortly after ODS and dropped because they thought the kit would not be a in great demand nor well received. What were they thinking? If it is showing up agian as a future release, I will dfinitely be in line to get a few of them.
