TM 55-1520-240-10 (CH-47 Owners Manual)

I know this is a long shot, but would any of you Hooker-heads out there happen to have a copy of the -10 on CD-Rom? I used to have the original -10 from my aircraft in the Army, but sadly, it got damaged in an apartment fire a few years ago.

I know i can buy one off of E-Bay (not that i'm cheap), but i figured i'd try to turn to the "community" and ask if any one of you had it , and if so, if it would be possible to send me a copy? I need it for reference material for my Aurora "D" model conversion.

If so, please post a reply or email me.

Thanks in advance!!

Jeff, let me see if I can get one at work. As you can tell by my screen name, I'm also a 67U, oh wait, as of 01 OCT, all aviation will be renumbered to CMF 15. Also take a look at my website. Its www.ch47guy.50megs.com. Go to the photo page. Its got some interesting -47 pics in an enviorment you might not have 47s in before.

Thanks Chris - keep me posted.

Lucky guy - i never got to land on a ship before; but flying over the water with no land in sight brings back fond memories.

Saw you were with the 101st - which company, and what year? Heck, i'm sure you know a ton of folks i do.

Jeff, I was with B-7-101 AVN from May 93-May 96. Been with the TX NG ever since as a full time guy. Just became a TI last month. Can't say that I'll miss crewing & turning wrenches on the beast.

Holy cow! I was with C Co until August of '93. I was just returning from a rotation in Honduras in May of '93, so i'm sure our paths crossed in the barracks or hangers at one point or another.....interesting.

I can hardly remember any of the B Company pukes.....errr, guys names, but i'm sure if you rattled off a couple it would probably jog my memory.

We should e-mail

There are at least two good things coming out of this thread: (1) old comrades (at least two guys who were in the same place at the same time for a while) have connected up and (2) I'm finally getting confirmation that OldHooker's handle really is totally OK and above-board. Wink [;)]

Yeah Lawrence, the whole "Hooker" thing has a tendency to throw a lot of people off and get you funny looks.

We are a rare breed indeed. Smile [:)]
