Dunce [D)] D'OH!!! When I saw the topic title, I thought you got a Little Bird!

That Hip's going to be really cool looking when it's finished. Looking forward to seeing it when you're done. Have fun!

I was looking at the halves and was thinking the same thing: how big is this thing going to be and where am I going to park it?

1/35 scale armor is going to be dwarfed by the helo when done.

The box says it's 721mm total length and the main rotor is 608.5mm in diameter.

How big will that moster be when it's all done?
A day in the Corps is like a day on the farm; every meal is a banquet, every paycheck a fortune, every formation a parade... The Marine Corps is a department of the Navy? Yeah...The Men's Department.

Nice! I've always liked the "Hip" too.

Should be a nice build - keep us posted on the progress once you start.

Today I got the 1/35 Mil Mi-8/17 from Trumpeter for a very good price $84.95 shipping included. I have never seen a box of so many goodies...

The kit is VERY detailed and looking through the instructions- the engine assembly alone is a piece of art. Highly recommended.
