US Army tested two (serials 58-5508 and 5509) I don't know of any sites but you might try the Army Aviation Museum at Ft. Rucker and the Transportation Museum at Ft Eustis for photo's, etc. I only have one photo in a book.

Not much out there. Hope those help. Looks like an interresting craft to build. I have only seen the Piasecki Flying Jeep. Didn't know this one even existed.
