Blue Thunder

As I recall, the helicopter was a dark satin blue color.

I think closest will be 'Blue Angel Blue' , I'm using Humbrol midnight blue for my colour.

Dont want to hijack this thread but would anyone have paint instructions for this kit?, mainly for the cockpit / rotor detailing.

i recently bought the Korean version of this kit & the instructions dont have english translations!

I'll have to find my kit to check for you. But I'm notorious for forgetting to write back, so if you don't have and answer from me one way or another by the 15th, send me a PM.

I have the instruction sheet from my Monogram kit#6036 1/32 scale Blue Thunder with the paint intructions. As per the instructions the majority of the outside body is "metallic" blue.
