Apache models

I'm kicking around the notion of buying an apache kit. Anyone know anything about IMEX models? I've never dealt with them.

Crap. Go with the 1/32 Revell AH-64A Apache for an accurate large scale Apache. I've got the Imex AH-64D kit and it is totally inaccurate, but I don't have any experience with their A model kit. My 2 cents [2c]

Overkillphil,

Yeah, the IMEX/Kangnam kit is CRAP. Go with the Revell 1/32 bird if you're wanting to build a larger scale Apache. Otherwise, go with the Hasegawa 48th scale AH-64D.

For 1/48, I agree with cobrahistorian: go with the Hasegawa kits. they have an A model and a D model. I built the D model, and I loved it. just becareful when you install the rotor base - it's easy to misalign it. here's a review of it on this site:
