Started the Killer Egg last night

I began work on my MH-6J last night, with Cobra Company people planks. Should be up and delivering Operators to the raid site soon. Anyone else start theirs yet?

Yup. I started removing pour stubs from the Cobra Co resin bits and dry-fitting them into place. I still need to gather some references on the cockpit as far as the commo cords, grab handles and wiring so I can give it that "cluttered" look (for lack of a better term). I have to finish my Dutch F-16A MiG killer for an ARC group build, then I can dive head first into the Killer Egg (and a 1/32nd Revell UH-1D Gunship that has been languishing in the box for a while now).

Cheers,

That's interesting. Which country are you going to build the UH-1D gunship for- ARVN or Aussie?

Chief,
'Prolly RAAF. The markings are sparse enough that I could make them myself. 'Course, I may forgoe arming it all together and make a standard Slick. Another possiblity would be to convert it to an 'H' and paint it in that killer US Readiness Command camo scheme (need more references on that one). Big Smile [:D]

Trigger,

Haven't ordered it just yet. Still have a few other birds I'm working on, but I'm determined to get one soon!
