Thanks for your kind words, chaps! Much of the extra added detail cannot be seen in the photos - especially in the cockpit, rear cabin, passageway and U/C bays. Still, I know its there!
Thanks again and season's greetings to all readers.

As the Czechs might say:

Velmi dobre prace, muj kamarad! Ona Krasna!
"Very nice work, my friend! She's beautiful"

That is a beauty of a build, thanks for sharing.

P.S. to anyone seeing this post who actually speaks Czech routinely or natively, my apologies for any clumsiness in my Czech, I am just starting to learn the language. :-)

Thanks for the comments, guys.
Avus,
The 'paint before build' technique was a first for me, but it came out OK in the end. Once the main scheme was on, there was a strip left along the top and bottom joints. After construction, these strips were sprayed in the same colours - dark on top and the light grey underneath. A little weathering was needed to blend the whole finish together. As for the bald pilot ... I like something a little different! My apologies to Czech Hind pilots - it appears that there are NO pilots who look like that flying the Hind!!!

Eventually I get to see your "paint-before-build" Hind: It's HOT!

Not having a digital camera makes posting pics a problem for me, but a kind friend has posted three pics of my completed Trumpeter Hind on the HeliKitNews site (Gallery under my name). Apologies for friend who called it a 'Kamov' and not Mil.
