                        YO!!! I just checked out Badcat Aviation.com and saw that BBI has announced new itams coming out soon.,So I clicked on BBI coming soon and there it was,an OH-58D KIOWA WARRIOR in 1/18 scale!!! I almost passed out!! What a shock!! The detail is very nice, a total must have for an OH-58D fan!!! No price has been anounced as of yet but it's dew out this March!! Once a price is announced I'm preordering one of these babies for sure!!! I'm guessing but the price shouldn't be any higher than BBi's 1/18 Little Bird that cost $19.95. If it is I just might buy two!!! Go check it out!!Cool [8D]

                        The real question is, are these models or toys. I say toys, others will say models. If it comes preassembled and painted, it is a toy to me.

                        Well yeah!! It is technicly a toy but you've got to addmit that the detail is spectacular so it can be displayed as an 1/18 scale model!!!

                        Still disagree, the hinges are way over scale, paint doesn't look right, detail looks too soft, etc.,etc.

                        Still a toy, sorry. Not my game.

                        It may be a toy, but I do get some funny responses out of them. Example...I had my 1/18 scale AH-1W on table in my office (when I was on Active Duty) and one day I walked in and a Marine LtCol (CH-53E pilot) came in and was playing with the Cobra! I mean, he picked it up and started making rotor noises! I asked him, "..so this is what Marine 0-5s do when the junior officers aren't around..."Big Smile [:D] Needless to say he was a bit embarrassed at being caught by a captain.Big Smile [:D]...
