Hand assembled. means individual letters from decal letter sets approximently 100 letters and number in all. The stenciling on the tail is "n-scale" letters, 1/160th scale.
As for some other emblems I've hand painted a few. and used my computer to rescale some others. There is a USDA Forest Service emblem on the Fire Snake, that came from a down load and my printer on self adhesive white decal printer paper. It's not decals in the model sense, But it works ok for small subjects.

when you say "hand assembled decals" what do you mean? How do you create your own decals? I am personally really into rescue aircraft and would love to learn how to make the correct decals for individual rescue subjects.
