UH-19 & CH-34
Posted by grandadjohn on Saturday, February 19, 2005 9:05 PM
I've got an old Revell 1/48the scale UH-19(cpoyright 1985, but older than that) and an old 1/48th scale CH-34(copyright 1988). Anybody know of any cockpit and interior detail sets for these kits? I don't think anyone will be doing these kits in that scale any time soon.
Thanks in advance.

Cutting Edge makes a really nice corrected interior set for the 34. There is a fair amount about it on my website under the Helo tab and it is still availible from MeteorProd.com

Just in case you are not aware of this, that CH-34 has a collectors value anywhere between $75 and $100

Thanks Swanny, I had no idea it was a collector's item and worth that much.[:0] It's been in my stash for years.
Pharoah, those were the days, built that kit back when i was still married(don't miss her anymore) but at least she didn't mind my model building, she knew where I was. Hey, if you are ever down my way, could I go flying with you?(still miss it)Cool [8D]

haha.. the only way we can take "riders" is if they have a military ID and dog tags... or they are a "V.I.P." I love to fly. I can't think of any other job where i can go to work, sign in and be in the air and still get paid. I can see why you would miss it. I'm sure I will too someday.
