Randie, I don't think more kits is an option. Wife walked by when me and my boy happened to be looking in the box and saw how big it is. All ready asking where I thught I was going to put it.

My answer to that one is "Well, the dining room table seems awfully bare..." Just to get her really riled up, you know.
A day in the Corps is like a day on the farm; every meal is a banquet, every paycheck a fortune, every formation a parade... The Marine Corps is a department of the Navy? Yeah...The Men's Department.

You are correct, supercobra:
The lighter gray is light ghost gray, FS36375 (testors 1728) and the darker gray is medium gray, FS35237 (testors 1721).
That is from the twobob's decal sheet and another source I have.
Good luck on the build.

Try these. These came off a web site too but they sound right:
FS 35237 (Gray Blue),and FS36375 (Light Compass Ghost Gray).
That website is http://www.jpsmodell.de/main_e.htm
I've noticed a couple of erros but overall his site is pretty accurate (close enough depending on who is judging) :)

I'll verify in the morning.

I said I didn't remember the color off the top of my head but I know it is not those colors. Guess I need to get off my behind and walk over to the airframes shop and grab a couple of cans of paint (or follow my own advice and do a search).

I don't recall the FS numbers for the colors right of hand but the TwoBobs directions tell you the right colors and that question has been answered here many times. Use the search botton at the top of this page and you will get a wealth of other very helpful information.

Couple of Cobra questions
Posted by lizardqing on Saturday, February 26, 2005 12:41 AM
Picked up the MRC Black and Gold Super Cobra a while back and am itching to give it a try. Have not built a chopper since I was a kid. I just don't think I really want to do the black and gold version though and was wondering what shade of gray they normally are. I know really nothing about flying stuff in general. I am allready pretty much decided on the two bobs decal set though. Just not sure what I am going to do with all the extras. Thanks.
