I have not used the UH-1B backdate set, but I have used other Cobra Company products and they are great. I highly recommend them.

Sorry, I don't have an extra set of blades. Cobra Company UH-1B Backdate set comes with them though. However, it costs more than the original model though. Chris at Cobra Company will sell individual parts out of his update sets. He will probably sell you just the blades. They couldn't be too expensive.

The other option is to do it up as a crashed helo and have the blades shattered.

Good luck.

Quick word of caution to anyone who has this Seminar kit in their stash. It may be too late but: Go immediately to your closet, attack, garage, under your bed, etc., and remove the flexible rubber ammo belts and wrap them in tin foil. There is something in the rubber that will cause it to eat through its plastic bag and melt unto this rest of the kit. It ruined my rotor blades.

Other than that I've heard people say it is good because it is maninly a UH-1B and short of Cobra Company's recent set, that was the easiest way to make a UH-1B.

Are you looking for the instructions? You say you have the kit. I have one in the box on the shelf.

I have built it. It is not as detailed as the Dragon UH-1C models, but close. It builds up into a nice model. It looks pretty much the same as the Dragon when they sit next to each other. A pretty good kit for the money. I recommend it. I had no problems with the build.

Hello All, i'm hoping that someone can help me with this..I have a 1/35 UH-1B Huey by Semitar. I looked all over the net for info, but had no luck. It kinda looks looks like a old Revell kit from the 70's. It also comes w/ 4 nice figures that looks like they came from Dragon. Very detailed in many areas. Kit no# 8000 Thanks guysSmile [:)]
