My Apaches

Hey guys,

I finally have access to a really good camera, so here are some pics of the Apaches I've been working on. They're both the Revell 1/32 kit with a LOT of modification. The first one is an AH-64A that flew with the 1-229th ATKHB in Afghanistan. The Longbow will eventually be finished as one of the 3rd ID birds that flew in the initial phase of OIF.

Jon

Your Apaches' look great, but what's up with that Alpha's tail rotor? RPG or the dreaded B-00t?

Thanks guys! I really appreciate it! Big Smile [:D]

Actually, the t/r got crunched when I consolidated my office into my bedroom so my roommate could move in. I'm still rather distraught over it and haven't had the time/energy/nerve to see if it can be repaired. 3 hours of work down the tubes!

Oh well, $#* happens!
