Tiger meet (the one on the box). Something about Tiger stripes on an attack helo looks cool!! Perhaps one day I will do a Tiger meet theme in my display cabinet with helos and jets! I just wish the US would participate more in the meets. Disapprove [V]

Good luck on her! I'm starting one of these for the Cold War GB in May and I look forward to seeing your progress.

Starting up the Hind (again)
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 1:24 AM
After an unfortunate leave of absence I have finally been able to whittle enough time to start back up on my Trumpeter Hind. But this time I am coming to the bench armed to the teeth with detail sets galore. As of now my Hind has only seen a few bits of paint in the interior. Now I have the Cobra interior and exterior resin sets, as well as some PE from a company called "Part". This will be my first time using anything from either company, and my first Helo build.

Part's PE is truly amazing! If you have never seen their PE, here is a link to their site: www.part.pl The detail is incredible, and they are not afraid of making you fold, fold, fold!! There are 4 PE sets available from Part for the Trumpeter Hind, and I have all 4. They are the interior set, cabin set, exterior set, and the Weapons set. I will be very busy with PE, and resin this year I can already tell!! This will be a slow build, with lots of great detail. I can't wait to share my first pic!! I will begin this project (it seems I will be starting from scratch) Friday Evening!!
