Never saw any in green either all have been gray, except some floors in pilot area(rear of pilots seats forward) were painted black, Also be careful of the mast and hub colors(check your time period, but that's not 100% either)

I concur on the black for the cockpit, pretty much everything forward of the "B" piller behind the pilots. This was started in the early '80s when pilots started using Night Vision Goggles (NVGs). The gray and black instrument panels looked wierd in the goggles and pilots were having problems focusing, bad thing when you are flying along and can't focus.
The rotor masts also went to an overall black in late '70s to early '80s. Not sure why, but probably had to do with making them less visible and reducing glare off the bare metal parts.
