The Italeri 1:48 RAH-66 Comanche. It's big, with not a lot of parts. The rotor mast is a very simple sub-assembly too. And if you do it right, you'll have a cool-looking chopper. Tip: model it in flight with the landing gear up.

Agree with Dragonfire. Give us more info and we can point you in the right direction. What scale, what counrty, what time frame, etc., etc?? There is something out there in each are that would be a good first build.
