writing a book on Helicopter modeling, like the format of the Kalmbach 'How to' modeling series books. And was wondering what your alls interest in something like this would be?

If good, I could present the idea to Kalmbach Publishing.

Thanks

Gee Pat,
I don't know. A whole book on helicopters?
I have some pictures you can use if you decide to go through with this crazy idea.
(Yes I'd buy it! But I was a crazy fling winger for 15 years, the last 8 of which I jumped out of them.)

I know it's only rock and roll, but I like it.

When you consider there are books out there dedicated to just one specific vehicle (Sherman, Fw-190, etc) , I say go for it! Smile [:)]
Honestly, though, helicopters are a quite overlooked area of scale modeling -- I think you may have something here to capitalize on. Good luck.

Pat,

I say go for it! Osprey has got a great modeling line of books, and I don't think helos have been touched at all. Plus, Osprey's pretty good to work for.

If I can be of any help, don't hesitate to ask!

Indeed, go for it!

I know I'd get one too, because as the others have said, a dedicated helicopter modeling book is something that's been long overlooked.

Take care, Smile [:)]
