AH-64A Apache
Posted by willuride on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 12:16 PM
This is the Revell 1/32 Apache. I was inspired by 9/11 to finish this model even though I had the paint scheme already in mind. This is an OOB build and I only painted the interior flat black because I was more interested in the exterior paint scheme at the time.

Enjoy......

Ah, ok, well I commented already in the aircraft forum., but I like it!

Maybe I'll try to talk my crew into doing that for an airshow or something!

That's right guys, I'm in! Got my letter of acceptance from the 104th Avn today, got my age waiver taken care of, and I should be headed to Rucker in September after commissioning in July!

Cool looking Apache, would make a great recruitment tool in real life. Smile [:)]

That's great news, Jon! Congrats, I'll tip a cold one in honor of the US Army's newest helicopter pilot!

Ah Great...Another butter bar at the controls. :) Congrats, good luck Jon. Remember, greasy side down and if the TH-67 stops leaking, then worry.

Congratulations Jon!!

Another little something you're going to enjoy getting aquainted with, is the "Alabama State Bird"! Too bad you won't be there in August, it's peak season, but they'll still be plenty around. Wink [;)]

Also, be sure to treat yourself to a Welcome to Rucker dinner at Mclins Kitchenette down in Daleville! Smile [:)] (do it when you get there because you probably won't have time once you start! Big Smile [:D])

Congrats again!!
