What is the best grey to use for a Marine Sea Knight??

I used Dark Ghost Grey on mine.... but it can be wrong

The lighter gray is light ghost gray, FS36375 (testors 1728) and the darker gray is medium gray, FS35237 (testors 1721). That info is from the Twobobs decal sheet (AH-1W) and another source I found.
Generally, the aircraft are painted with an overall light gray, and the darker color is applied to the upper surfaces only.

Thanks for the info. I see Sea Knights fly over all the time (I'm close to Camp Pendleton) but couldn't quite decide what the best choice was.

Hey Snake are you close to Osh Kosh. My daughter was Miss Osh Kosh a couple of years ago. Graduated from UW there, almost got a job with EAA and I still have not made it to the air show. Disapprove [V]
