Name those colors: Pave Hawk Edition

Anyone want to take an educated guess as to what these three colors used on the below Pave Hawks are?

I know the lighting's different - but does anyone think that the darkest and lighest browns are similar to what Israel is finishing their AH-64D:

Looks like sand, chocolate brown, and khaki green to me, same as in 3-color DCUs. Don't know FS#s though. IDF AH-64D looks to have same sand and brown colors too. This helo color scheme has interested me for a while. I may just have to do my 1/35 Academy one up as one of these. These are the same ones you have on the decal file you sent me, right?

Hmmm... I sent that file a while back so I honestly don't remember. I'll have to look it up but I doubt it. I've posted this question over on ARC and I searched HeliKit News before posting and there's a Pave hawk FE who posted about this topic a while back so I've shot him an e-mail about this.

You're the second person who's referenced the DCUs, but I don't see any hint of green here like I do on the uniforms.

It is a very light khaki green. I see it on the side view photo on the pilots and cabin door, forward of the flag and around the crew chief/gunner's window. It looks more muted and faded out than on new DCUs, but close to how older, faded DCUs look.

Okay, I can kinda see that now. It's very subtle.

Okay, heard back from a former HH-60G FE:

Sorry but I have no idea what the FS numbers are. From what I understand the unit that painted them used any paint they could get a hold of. Before I retired I went to the paint barn and looked through their TO to see if there was a Desert scheme but there wasn’t, just Euro 1 and Grey.

Grumble, groan, growl. Dammit, the quest continues. I think the same colors as used on the DCUs, lightened a couple shades would work. May just end up being what I use if I decide on this scheme.
