Cobra Company does a few upgrade sets and most include new resin cockpit items to include instrument panels. The CC sets are really nice. Here is a link to their site. http://www.cobracompany.com/35th_scale_models.htm

Eduard does a PE set for the interior, I believe it includes a piece for the instrument panel as well. Eduard also does an exterior set. I haven't used them, but hear they are nice as well.

I can't speak for the front panel, but the console aft of the two pilots is slightly out of date for a current Block 152 machine. I ran into this problem a while back on my build. You can still use the CC set, but you'll have to modify the console before installation.

And yeah, the Eduard sets are nice. Follow Intruder_bass's MH-60L build - a good bit of the interior detail and some of the external detailing can apply to an HH-60G too.

Oh yeah, and welcome aboard!

Agree with my esteemed colleagues.
Eduard's PE kit is for the UH-60 so the cockpit parts are not meant for the MH or HH.
If you want a quick build get the Cobra Update set; it's not 100% correct but it's better for a SOF bird.
