Big Smile [:D] hi,this is the first helo i have ever built,its an academy kit,can anyone give me any hints one doing this kit? i will do it as the mash helio,not the gun ship.so any ideas or help would be great. thanks all.Big Smile [:D]

Can't really give any hints. It is a good kit without any problems that I can remember. I have built both the MRC/Academy and Revell Bell-47/OH-13A kits. The MRC one is much better. Good luck and show us some pics when you can.

As I recall, I glued the back wall of the cockpit in place with the bubble section before I glued the tail section in place. This was when I found out that I had the wall off centered and had to adjust the tail accordingly. It wasn't really visible to the casual look, but I know it was wrong.

Otherwise, I enjoyed the kit and ease with which it went together.
