Interesting to say the least. Yup, north west of Victorville is a huge aircraft storage facility for mostly civilan airliners. It is similar to AMARC in Arizon, but for civilian aircraft. Whole airfield full of stripped jetliners and cargo planes. Pretty interesting place. Guess they have some surplus military stuff there too.

For any H-3 Fans. I was watching TLC's "The Coustimizer" were these dudes make up all kinds of coustom vehicles. This week they took a school bus chassis and droped an H-3 fuselage right on it. They took the tail pllon, dog house, and sponsons of but the overall shape is there. It was painted in the Air Forces green and grey camo pattern. It also had the tail number visable it was 65-597. Apperantly they found the airframe in Victorville California. I think that it's cool that this Jolly Green will go on in some form and not get scraped.
