simple and sturdy model advice (kid-proof)

hi all, got a question for those that know helicopter models better than i do:

i want to make a model for my little sister (5 years old) but i don't want to end up making something that she can break easily. it has to be a sikorsky model, be relatively large (probably no 1/72, 1/48 is probably best) and have no really fine external parts. kinda like the old tamiya armor kits: nice fit and lots of detail but the whole kit is all of about 3 parts in all and any detail is molded on. anything like that come to mind?

Doesn't sound like any helo model I know of. Unfortunately, just like real helos, the models are rather delicate and fragile. Sorry.

you are of course correct, helicopters are going to make pretty delicate models. what i mean is relatively simple. i don't expect it to hold up if she throws it across the room (which i hope she won't). the other side of this is that i don't want to spend 3 months on it either.
