Yesterday, a Swedish Super Puma emergency-landed at sea
Posted by Swedish Mick on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 1:32 PM
A Swedish Hkp 10 / Super Puma from the Helicopter Wing made an emergency landing at sea yesterday evening during exercise. The helicopter was put down south of Karlskrona. The rear part of the helicopter was torn off, and is now at about 20 meters below surface.
All 8 in the crew are well and the helicopter was later taken to shore.

It's the third (of 10) Super Puma that has went down in Sweden. Two years ago a similar accident occurred outside Gothenburg, and 6 crewmembers died.
