I don't know how accurate it is, but Testors has a Coast Guard red and orange in their Maritime(it's fairly new) paint line

We went through this before, and the match for the CG orange red used on the aircraft is Testor's International Orange in the original enamel bottles.
The red used on the ships racing stripe is too red.
I haven't seen the CG orange from Testor's that GDjohn knows of,  but I'll look and compare it.

Don

I know it's only rock and roll, but I like it.

Here are the FS595 color numbers: Coast Guard Red 12199; International Orange 12197; Coast Guard Blue 15182; White 17925.  The CG Paint Manual was last revised in 2000, changing from White 17875 to White 17925.  Actually the best match for CG red is Testors Model Master Chevy Engine Red (Orange).  I have a sample paint chip of CG Red 12197 and matched to to the Chevy Engine red.
