Great kit.  Comes up every now and then on Ebay.  I believe Heller reissued it for a short time a year or two as well.

SA 312G model is listed as available at Great Models.

Good luck.

GREAT KIT!! and the new version comes with new tooling and an improved cockpit!

I order from Great Models now and then and I tried to tell them that they have the Super Frelon kit listed as 1/32 when in fact it is a 1/35 scale.  Man! now that would be HUGE!!  its already 3 inches longer compared to the 1/35 Hook coming out Shock [:O]

I know its odd and it did not place at a local IPMS show cuz its not a 'REAL' helicopter...GEEZ! Shock [:O]....and the crapy lighting in the public gym they used made all the WHITE models look yellow! Angry [:(!] but here are two pics of what I did with mine....you can see my page to see on the bench and more finished shots.

In fact the local President of that IPMS is in our local Sci-Fi model club and he told me that one reason was because the kit was not weathered enough which he agreed was kinda stupid and not fare. I recieved assistance from the Port Angeles Coast guard and they said that their Helos would be 100% polished and clean! weather and missions permiting of course.

You bet they would be clean!
That is one of the things the USCG does at least once a day for ALL it's aircraft, wash them, engines too!
If it was too cold outside, we washed them inside. Full wash minimum once a day, part of the post flight. In salt water ops a fresh water rinse was part of the thru-flight. Every seven days the aircraft were polished.
Even in the Bearing Sea, under fresh water econ, the airframe was washed in the ships hangar a minimum of every seven days. Engines were washed every day no matter what.
We kept them clean.

I know it's only rock and roll, but I like it.

Great Kit. Built 3 Got my latest from Great Models
This one seems to have better detail thank the earlier Army version.
Leave off the big "thimble" nose for earlier versions.
Use the Eduard UH-60L interior for bits and pieces
I've always thought it would be great to do a "Pave Low" version for the French Army
Israeli birds need scratchbuilt sand filters over the intakes - they later were upengined with US type turbofans with single exhausts.
Lots of possibilities.
French used them for ASW, you might find an interior shot. They still used them for SAR.
