Currently I'm working on a Pavehawk and will use both the PE kits. I'll shoot some pics and post them in the next days; don't expect much since I'm almost at the beginning.

However if you are building a SOF helo you won't nee all the parts of the PE kits. In intruder_bass' topic you'll find pics and infos on what to use and what not:

Hi Robert,

Long time no see)))

Sorry I did not answer you on MSN - found your message only in the morning))))

Yes, PE for Black Hawk is very helpfull! but...its expensive. Both "in and out" sets costed me same money as the whole Academy kit. Also I bought CC miniguns, CAM Glow in the Dark Formation Lights....I think it did worth it )))

Same thing I did with Huey - Eduard PE (3 sets)

Same thing I will do with Super Cobra W (3 sets)

BTW if you are bying BIG ED's (all 3 sets together in one pack) its usually 20bucks cheaper.

One more hint - dont buy Eduard on their web page!!!! You can easily find it in most web hobby shops and it will be a bit cheaper - I suggest Hanants - they work awesome! Great Models....has bad habbit - they show things as they are IN stock but aperantly they dont have them))) But you will find this only in 1.5 month or later)))) I dont like them.

Good luck

Andy

Hey Thanks Guys

Avus It would be great to see some pics of your builds more pics the better i will certainly use them as reference material.

Andy no wories about the messenger thingy, I found bothe the detail sets on a Australian Web Shop called   sandlehobbies.com and can get them both for AU$40 plus postage. Where as the kit here in OZ is around AU$90

BTW Andy great build you have there with Walcotts Bird..

Anyway gotta go so cya's and thanks again

Robert
