Y'all have been stuck on Fulda-Gap Green for so long now, I don't think they'll do anything that radical anytime soon.

Shiny....

Doesn't strike me as LO.... (keeping my fingers crossed that the Army doesn't get any "bright" ideas)

Looks that would be a tough finish to replicate in scale, but I'd like to see it.

I'd agree with Trigger, that sheen/shine doesn't strike me a visually "low observable" but maybe it has radar/laser absorbtion properties to go with the weight savings?

I don't think any of the birds flying out of New River have that paint scheme.  I recall most of those have the standard greys, but that could have changed.

A day in the Corps is like a day on the farm; every meal is a banquet, every paycheck a fortune, every formation a parade... The Marine Corps is a department of the Navy? Yeah...The Men's Department.

I assume you mean LO in the EM spectrum because that shiny metallic finish doesn't look very LO

Looks like the F-22 isn't the only airframe with a weird finish to it. Check out these pix of MV-22B 166480. What's going on here and will this spread to other types?
