I love the model but unfortunately I won't be getting it. Not because of the cost, but because of the size. I would like to see a modern day tooling of at Ch-53e and Ch-46 in 1/72nd scale so that I won't have to dedicate one room to displaying them.

Actually the Fujimi CH-46Ds and CH-46F/Es are pretty accurate. At least they are far more accurate than the ancient Airfix kit. I don't know about the Hobbycraft kit as I haven't seen it. During my 97-90 tour in Korea, I picked up a couple of Lee knock offs of the Fujimi kits and they aren't bad either.
Couple the Fujimi kit with the Eduard detail setup and you have the makings of a fine model. nJust pray that your eyesight holds up after dealing with all the small pe parts!

Squadron normally carries them, but they are showing the F/E as being out of stock, still, RollModels can probably get them for you.
