PE parts for Cobra
Posted by Bones-coa on Tuesday, August 5, 2003 9:56 PM
I was digging thru some of my unbuilt kits and found an interesting one: 1/48 AH-1S Cobra Step III by Fujima. Looks like an "OK" kit. Anyone know of any aftermarket stuff for this kit? Thanks.

Does anyone even consider this kit to be any good?

Bones,

Dunno, I haven't built the kit. From what I've heard, it may be a bit underscale.

Squadron sold a cockpit for it. I bought one when they were on clearance for like $5. I picked up a set of rotor cutters for it as well.

Although there's probably not much point in looking, do you by chance still have a kit number for that cockpit, Rob?

Sure, but I'm away from home and won't be back for another week. If I have any PE for it, it'll be in the box as well.
