Wow !

That is incredible -

Donnie

Thanks for sharing - I am still building ships, but I have also had a fondness for Helicopters and bought the UH-60L and as soon as I get my ship done, I am going to tackle it. Ofcourse I will post images.

Andy,

That is some amazing detail on the Rotor Head!  Is that 1/35th scale.  Looks like a scratch built transmission too!  Thanks for sharing the pictures!

Clear Left!

Wow ships to helos.. interesting. I would suggest going with some Model Master spray cans if nothing else. A brush will just not give you the finish you are looking for.

I just found Heavy Arty and his build on photobucket. Great ! Thanks ! (done another search)
Ok, I wish I could find some very close (close-ups) of the Rotor section.

I do not have an Air Brush, so I don't know what I am going to do. I am used to painting ships. Ships do not have alot of surface area.  I was wondering if I am going to get by with just using a paint brush. I have a feeling that I am not going to ger by using a paint brush on a helicopter.

Thanks
Donnie

Yes,
I looked into the UH-60A group build and I wish to find out if anyone has completed a UH-60A. I have an Academy and I will be building this soon. I usually post in the ship section, but I have this Black Hawk that I want to get started on. I have done a search and come up empty handed. So if anyone has finished one of these, I wish I could see some pics for reference.  I have many Blackhawk "real" photos, but I want to see the models.

Thanks everyone
Donnie
